Day 8 - disembarked in Vancouver

Okay, Kathi and I started with a Personal Trainer at LA Fitness today. It is time for me to get my act together and loose this weight and get healthy. It was early this morning at 5:00 when Bill (my trainer) started working with me, but I think this is going to be awesome.
